Question 1

What does Rivvick do?

Accepted Answer

You paste a customer review and Rivvick drafts a professional owner reply in seconds. You can edit it, copy it, and post it yourself.

Question 2

Do you need access to my Google account?

Accepted Answer

No. Rivvick works with Google, Yelp and Angi reviews, and no access to your Google account is needed. You paste the review text in, and you post the reply yourself.

Question 3

Does Rivvick post replies for me?

Accepted Answer

No. Every reply stays a draft until you copy it and post it wherever the review was left. You stay in control of what goes live.

Question 4

Which review sites does it work with?

Accepted Answer

Any site where you can copy the review text, including Google, Yelp, Angi, Facebook and Nextdoor.

Question 5

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Your first 15 replies each month are free and no card is required. After that, Starter is $7/month or $69/year for up to 100 replies a month, and Pro is $15/month or $149/year for unlimited replies (fair use: a soft cap of 1,000 a month).

Question 6

What happens after my 15 free replies?

Accepted Answer

Your free replies reset every month. To keep drafting before then, choose Starter or Pro. Nothing is charged unless you pick a plan.

Question 7

Do you charge per location?

Accepted Answer

No. Plans are per account, not per location. Paste reviews from any of your locations, on Google, Yelp or Angi.

Question 8

Who is Rivvick built for?

Accepted Answer

Independent home-service businesses in the US, such as plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, landscapers, house cleaners, painters, pest control and garage door companies.

Question 9

How should I reply to a 1-star review?

Accepted Answer

Thank the reviewer, own the experience without arguing details, say what you'll do, and invite them to contact you directly. Rivvick's apologetic tone follows that approach, and our free guide covers it in more detail.

Question 10

What happens to the reviews I paste in?

Accepted Answer

We use the review text only to draft your reply and show your history. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
