Terms of Service

1. What Rivvick does

Rivvick drafts replies to customer reviews that you paste in. It works with reviews from Google, Yelp, Angi or any other source. Rivvick doesn't need access to your Google account, doesn't import reviews, and never posts anything for you. You decide what to publish and where.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business. Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information, including a working email address.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Free: 15 replies per calendar month are free, and no card is required.
• Starter: $7/month or $69/year for up to 100 replies per month. Unused replies don't roll over.
• Pro: $15/month or $149/year for unlimited replies, subject to fair use: a soft cap of 1,000 replies per month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• To cancel, contact support at /contact. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Your content and AI drafts

• You keep ownership of the review text you paste in and the replies you generate. You give us permission to process that content only to provide and improve the service.
• Make sure you have the right to use the content you paste in.
• AI drafts can be wrong. Read and edit every reply before you post it. You are solely responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of each review platform (for example, Google's policies for business replies).
• Don't treat drafts as legal, insurance or professional advice. If a review involves a legal dispute, injury, or insurance claim, talk to an appropriate professional before replying.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Rivvick to:

• write fake reviews or reviews of your own or competitors' businesses, or to manipulate ratings
• harass, threaten, defame, or reveal private information about any person
• break any law or any review platform's rules
• try to overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or get around usage limits on the service (including automated or bulk use far beyond normal business use on unlimited plans)

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Rivvick running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we'll give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid unused period.

7. Disclaimers

Rivvick is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee any outcome, such as better ratings, more customers, or a review being updated or removed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you've paid nothing.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims arising out of content you publish or your breach of these Terms.

10. Ending these Terms

You can stop using Rivvick and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Rivvick after that means you accept the change.
